These terms govern the use of Claude Gmail MCP ("the application"), a private tool operated by Paul De Bastos (Growing Apex). The application is intended solely for use by its operator on his own Google account. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public.
Only the account holder who grants OAuth consent may use the application, and only against his own mailbox. Any other use is unauthorised.
The application accesses Gmail through Google's official APIs, under the scopes listed in the Privacy Policy, and only after explicit consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
The application is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, continuity or fitness for any particular purpose. It may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
The operator accepts no liability for loss of data, interruption of service, or any consequence arising from use of the application, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
